New York City has over 4,000 students in foster care attending public school. In an effort to inform and inspire schools and foster care agencies to support this population holistically, the Office of Students in Temporary Housing & Foster Care, in collaboration with Administration for Children Services (ACS), began holding an annual citywide conference on students homelessness that engages nearly a thousand NYCPS employees.

         This year's theme is "Inspiring Change, Empowering Futures" where we're inviting NYCPS staff and foster care agency to come together to learn the knowledge, skills, and relationships you need to inspire change in and for our youth in foster care.
